Colour: Bright citrine.
Aromas: Floral aroma marked by a toasted cream.
Palate: Full-bodied with a velvety taste and a persistent final acidity.
Method of "bica-aberta" with a 24-hour decantation and subsequent fermentation for 20 days in new French oak barrels. Remained in barrel for 6 months with biweekly bâtonnage. Recommended gastronomic matching: All kinds of baked fish, seafood and white meats. Serving temperature, 8 - 12ºC.
Variety: Rabigato, Malvasia Fina, Viosinho and Arinto.
