BULAS DOC DOURO WHITE RESERVE 2019
Bulas Douro Reserve White 2019 is a wine from Viosinho,
Códega de Larinho, Malvasia and Rabigato Moreno grape
varieties, fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled
temperature, never above 15º in a way to preserve his principal
aromas. The ageing is 2 months in french oak barrels (20% of the
wine). It presents with citrus tones, revealing an aroma with mineral
notes, elegant, tropical like passion fruit and pineapple, and slight
nuances of wood. In the mouth the wine is fresh, light and
balanced. It ends with a persistente finish, perfect to accompany
dishes of seafood and fish. It should be consumed at a temperature
between 8º and 10ºC.
