The grapes from the Favaios plateau were subjected to a phytosanitary control and screening.
After stalking, they were slightly crushed and subjected to cold maceration for 24 hours in a stainless steel tank.
After pressing the must was decanted at 8 degrees for 48 hours and 100% fermented in stainless steel vats at 14 degrees for 30 days.
Varieties: Donzelinho Branco and Viosinho.
