Method of "bica-aberta" with decanting 24 hours and subsequent fermentation for 25 days with temperature control, held in stainless steel vats of small capacity. Recommended gastronomic matching: All kinds of fish, seafood, Mediterranean salads or just to drink with a good company. Serving temperature: 8 - 10ºC.
