Virtual Cellar

This wine was made from traditional Portuguese grapes, which were carefully harvested from vineyards planted on the right side of the Douro River, at Quinta da Costa de Baixo and Quinta da Fozceira. These grapes were completely destemmed, pressed very quickly and fermented without maceration at low temperatures, in stainless steel tanks. This wine perfectly captures the liveliness of the grape through its citrine and crystal clear colors, while the aroma express soft notes of apricot, and a gente touch of minerality, that provides a refreshing and long finish. Perfect for na aperitif, fish dishes or seafood and it also goes very well with sushi. Should be drunk chilled, at a temperature of 8°C.
