BULAS DOC DOURO RED RESERVE 2016 - ED ENÓLOGAS
This wine is made from a selection of grapes from old vines grown
on Quinta da Fozceira and grapes of Touriga Nacional variety
from Quinta da Costa de Baixo. Foot threading, slow fermentation
at controlled temperature and ageing in french oak barrels give the
wine an intense red colour, complexety and a long and persistente
nish. The wine should be kept in a place protected from light,
between 12 and 14ºC, in na horizontal position. In case of
deposit a decanter might be used. This wine accompanies very
well with roasted goat and should be consumed at the temperature
of 18ºC.
