Virtual Cellar

Winemaking in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for 30 days. Then aged for 6 months in vats.
Tasting Notes: Greenish white wine. Apricot and peach aromas of vines. In the mouth is mineral where you can feel the white pulp fruits. Perfect balance between granitic acidity and elegant structure. Bottled in April 2018. Production: 6000 bottles.
Varieties: Partly Old Vines, Rabigato, Viosinho, Códega do Larinho and Malvasia Fina.

Alcoholic content vol.: 13.50% | pH: 3.34 | Total acidity: 4.70g/dm3
